Delhivery Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with the company’s insider trading code and Securities and Exchange Board of India regulations.
