BASF India to close trading window for shares ahead of financial results release

BASF India Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for the company's equity shares will be closed from October 1, 2026, and will reopen on November 9, 2026, following the approval and declaration of the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, by the company's board on November 4, 2026.
