Sigachi Industries closes trading window for insiders ahead of quarterly results

Sigachi Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for “Designated Persons and their immediate relatives” from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the dissemination of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
