Shilpa Medicare restricts trading for insiders awaiting September 2026 financial results

Shilpa Medicare Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, as well as connected persons, from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with its code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading.
