Modi Naturals closes trading window for insiders pending financial results release

Modi Naturals Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for dealing in the company's shares will be closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026, and remain closed until 48 hours after the publication of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, restricting trading for promoters, directors, and designated persons and their immediate relatives.
