LKP Securities will halt trading for insiders following SEBI regulations in late 2026

LKP Securities Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
