Precision Wires India Limited allotted Rs 150 crore in CCDs to Anchorage Capital and AADI Financial Advisors

Precision Wires India Limited announced the allotment of 37,50,000 Compulsory Convertible Debentures (CCDs) with a face value of Rs 400 each, totaling Rs 1,50,00,00,000, to Anchorage Capital Scheme-III (AIF Category II) and AADI Financial Advisors LLP. The CCDs, carrying a coupon rate of 12% per annum, will be converted into equity shares with a face value of Rs 1 each on a preferential basis after a period of 12 months and before 18 months from the allotment date.
