Birla Corporation closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results

Birla Corporation Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for its securities will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
