Tilak shareholders appointed Jay Bhatt & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years

Tilak, at a shareholder meeting on September 24, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s. Jay Bhatt & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term, effective from the conclusion of the current Annual General Meeting until the Annual General Meeting in fiscal year 2031-32, and re-appointed Mr. Vikash Kulhriya as an Independent Director for a second term, also until the Annual General Meeting in fiscal year 2031-32.
