Jatalia Global Ventures Limited informed the BSE on September 24, 2026, that its first meeting of the Board of Directors was held via video conference, approving the cessation of erstwhile directors and the appointment of Ms. Manshi Gandhi as Company Secretary/Compliance Officer, as per a resolution plan implemented under the supervision of the National Company Law Tribunal New Delhi Bench.
