Powerica Limited shareholders approved director appointments and re-appointments at their AGM

Powerica Limited announced that its members approved the appointments and re-appointments of several directors at its 42nd Annual General Meeting held September 24, 2026. These include the appointment of Mr. Maheswar Sahu as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, and the re-appointment of Ms. Renu Naresh Oberoi, Mr. Pradeep Omprakash Gupta, Mr. Udaya Shankar Jena, and Mr. Sunil Godwin Lobo as Whole-time and Independent Directors for further terms. The company also appointed M/s. Martinho Ferrao & Associates as its Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term commencing fiscal year 2026-27.
