PC Jeweller receives Rs 49 crore as Balram Garg converts warrants into equity shares

PC Jeweller Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved the allotment of 3,63,62,222 equity shares to Balram Garg, Promoter & Managing Director, upon conversion of an equal number of fully convertible warrants, receiving Rs 49,08,89,997 in the process. The allotment, which completes the conversion of all 9,72,22,222 warrants initially issued to Garg, increases the company’s paid-up equity share capital to Rs 980,77,57,077 comprising 980,77,57,077 equity shares of Rs 1 each.
