Suditi Industries will restrict trading for insiders awaiting Q2/H1 2026 results

Suditi Industries Ltd. will close its trading window for directors, designated persons, designated employees, connected persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
