Fractal Analytics allotted shares under multiple employee stock option plans

Fractal Analytics Limited announced that its Option Allotment Committee approved the allotment of 13,925 equity shares under the 2007 Fractal Employees Stock Option Plan, 3,15,096 equity shares under the 2019 Fractal Employees Stock Option Plan, and 35,305 equity shares under The Fractal Analytics Limited Time Based Key Employee Stock Incentive Plan 2019, resulting in a paid-up share capital of Rs 17,36,19,366, consisting of 17,36,19,366 equity shares of Re. 1/- each.
