Wheels India Limited initiates Qualified Institutions Placement of equity shares with a floor price

Wheels India Limited has commenced a Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) of equity shares with a floor price of Rs 2,197.10 per share, following approvals from its board of directors on July 10, 2026 and August 19, 2026, and shareholders on August 12, 2026 and September 17, 2026. The Fundraise Committee authorized the opening of the QIP on September 24, 2026, and may offer a discount of up to 5% on the floor price, with the Issue price to be determined in consultation with a lead manager, and the trading window closed until September 26, 2026.
