Dishman Carbogen Amcis closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results

Dishman Carbogen Amcis Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed from October 1, 2026, for directors, designated persons, and their immediate relatives, to reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026.
