M P K Steels (I) Limited, formerly known as M P K Steels (I) Private Limited, will close its trading window for directors and designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
