Shree Hari Chemicals shareholders re-appointed key directors for multi-year terms

Shree Hari Chemicals Export Limited announced that its shareholders approved the re-appointment of Bankesh Chandra Agrawal as Chairman & Managing Director for three years effective November 11, 2026, and re-appointed Sarthak Agarwal and Nihit Agarwal as Whole Time Directors for three years, also effective November 11, 2026. Additionally, the company re-appointed Shri Ram Gupta as an Independent Director for a second five-year term effective September 29, 2026, and appointed Amrut Urkude as an Independent Director for a five-year term effective August 25, 2026, at a meeting held on September 24, 2026.
