Anthem Biosciences Limited, formerly known as Anthem Biosciences Private Limited, will close its trading window for designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after a board meeting to approve financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
