Websol Energy System Limited announced that shareholders approved the appointment of Sanjay Kumar as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, liable to retire by rotation, and Dinesh Agarwal as an Independent Director for a five-year term effective August 10, 2026. The company also noted the retirement of Rajeewa R Arya by rotation due to personal reasons, and the re-appointment of Sanjana Khaitan, while disclosing that Mr. Sohan Lal Agarwal is her grandfather.
