FLY-HI Maritime Travels Limited, formerly Fly-HI Maritime Travels Private Limited, will close its trading window for all designated persons from October 1, 2026, in accordance with the company’s code of practices and procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information, and will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of its financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026.
