Banas Finance Limited informed the BSE that its shareholders approved the appointment of M/s. Jay Bhatt & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term, effective from the conclusion of the annual general meeting until the conclusion of the annual general meeting to be held in fiscal year 2031-32, and the re-appointment of Mr. Vikash Kulhriya (DIN: 09014921) as an Independent Director for a second term, also until the conclusion of the annual general meeting in fiscal year 2031-32.
