Wakefit Innovations will restrict trading for insiders ahead of financial results announcement

Wakefit Innovations Limited, formerly known as Wakefit Innovations Private Limited, will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives starting October 1, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal rules, reopening after the announcement of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026; the date of the board meeting to approve these results will be announced later.
