Spenta International shareholders reappointed Hansotia, Pawar, and regularized Parekh as directors

Spenta International Limited disclosed that its shareholders approved the reappointment of Danny Firoze Hansotia as Managing Director for three years, effective December 1, 2026, to November 30, 2029, and the reappointment of Dilip Ramdas Pawar as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second five-year term, effective August 13, 2026, to August 12, 2031, at the company’s 39th Annual General Meeting on September 23, 2026. Additionally, Anil Krushnadas Parekh was regularized as a Director and appointed as a Wholetime Director, both effective September 23, 2026.
