Allcargo Terminals invests Rs 1,06,10,400 in associate company Allcargo Group Services

Allcargo Terminals Limited announced that its board approved a subscription to 60 equity shares of Allcargo Group Services Private Limited, an associate company, at a price of Rs 1,76,840 per share, totaling Rs 1,06,10,400. The subscription, intended to be made in proportion to Allcargo Terminals Limited’s existing 25% stake in AGSPL, will help the latter meet operational and working capital requirements.
