Biofil Chemicals halts trading for insiders ahead of quarterly results release

Biofil Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals Limited will close its trading window for designated persons, their immediate relatives, and connected persons starting October 1, 2026, to consider unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI regulations. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the results are declared to the stock exchanges, and a board meeting to consider the results will be scheduled at a later date.
