Bothra Metals and Alloys closes trading window ahead of financial results review

Bothra Metals and Alloys Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed from October 1, 2026, for designated persons and their immediate relatives, in preparation for considering the unaudited standalone financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, with the date of the board meeting to consider the results to be announced separately.
