Sobhagyya Mercantile Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for securities of the company will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, for directors, key managerial personnel, promoters, promoter group, connected persons, designated persons and their immediate relatives.
