Transport Corporation of India Limited will close its trading window immediately until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in connection with a planned buyback of fully paid-up equity shares and as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
