JHS Svendgaard Retail Ventures Limited said its board approved alterations to its Articles of Association and Memorandum of Association, subject to member approval, to align with the Companies Act, 2013, and enable business diversification. The changes include insertions, deletions, and substitutions of clauses, as well as updates to provisions related to share transfers, director retirement, and dividend payments, and the addition of a clause relating to defence, aerospace, and homeland security products and systems.
