Gokul Refoils closes securities trading window for insiders ahead of results

Gokul Refoils and Solvent Limited informed the BSE Ltd. and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
