Bajel Projects closes trading window for insiders ahead of Q2/H1 2026 results

Bajel Projects Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, for designated persons, immediate relatives, and connected persons, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
