Premier Polyfilm Limited announced that its shareholders approved the reappointment of Ram Babu Verma as Executive Director for a further period of 12 months, effective December 27, 2026, and a revision to the perquisites and other amenities payable to Executive Director Mayank Goenka, effective May 9, 2026, during a meeting held September 24, 2026.
