M.M. Rubber Company re-appoints Jacob Mammen as Director, effective September 2026

M.M. Rubber Company Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that Mr. Jacob Mammen has been re-appointed as Director, retiring by rotation and eligible for continuation as Executive Director, effective September 24, 2026. Mr. Mammen has experience in the plantation industry and joined M.M. Rubber Company Limited in 2006; he is the brother of Roy Mammen.
