Samrat Pharmachem Limited announced the appointment of M/s Divyesh J Shah & Associates as its statutory auditors, effective September 23, 2026, following the expiry of the tenure of M/s Shah & Savla LLP, which served as auditors for ten years. The appointment was approved by shareholders at the company’s 34th Annual General Meeting and M/s Divyesh J Shah & Associates will hold office until the conclusion of the 39th Annual General Meeting in 2031.
