Baid Finserv Limited announced that members approved the re-appointment of Mr. Panna Lal Baid as Chairman and Managing Director for a further period of three years, effective April 1, 2027, to March 31, 2030, at the company's 35th Annual General Meeting held on September 23, 2026.
