Hindustan Copper closes share trading window for insiders ahead of quarterly results

Hindustan Copper Ltd. informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that the trading window for dealing in the company's shares will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the company’s code of fair disclosure and SEBI regulations.
