Emiac Technologies will halt trading for insiders following financial results declaration

EMIAC TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, formerly Emiac Technologies Private Limited, will close its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
