Jupiter Industries & Leasing Ltd. will close its trading window for securities from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
