BF Utilities closes trading window for insiders ahead of quarterly results release

BF Utilities Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited that the trading window for designated persons and specified connected persons will be closed from Thursday, October 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, become generally available, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
