Grasim Industries will restrict trading for insiders following September 2026 financial results

Grasim Industries Limited will close its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, are disseminated to the stock exchanges, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
