GACM Technologies appoints AIML Cloud as exclusive distributor in agreement with Rs 15 crore minimum sales

GACM Technologies Limited has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with AIML Cloud Global Technologies Private Limited, appointing AIML as the exclusive distributor of GACM’s “FIRM TALK – The complete ERP for businesses everywhere” software product. The agreement, effective September 24, 2026, will see gross revenue shared equally between the companies, with a minimum guaranteed sale of Rs 15 crore over a 24-month term, and does not involve any transfer of ownership or intellectual property rights.
