Chains Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the half year ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
