GACM Technologies appoints AIML Cloud as exclusive distributor, guaranteeing Rs 15 crore in sales

GACM Technologies Limited has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with AIML Cloud Global Technologies Private Limited, appointing AIML as the exclusive distributor of GACM’s “FIRM TALK – The complete ERP for businesses everywhere” software product. Under the agreement, effective September 24, 2026, gross revenue generated from the product will be shared equally between the companies, with a minimum guaranteed sale of Rs 15 crore over a 24-month term.
