Triveni Turbine halts share trading for insiders pending financial results announcement

Triveni Turbine Limited will close its trading window for equity shares for designated persons and their immediate relatives from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
