India Shelter Finance Corporation Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the release of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
