FILTRA Consultants shareholders approved a Rs 2 per share dividend for FY26

FILTRA Consultants and Engineers Ltd said its shareholders approved a final dividend of 20%, or Rs 2 per equity share, for the financial year 2025-26 at its 15th Annual General Meeting held on September 24, 2026.
