Avonmore Capital closes insider trading window ahead of September 2026 financial results

Avonmore Capital & Management Services Ltd. will close its trading window for all insiders, including designated persons and their immediate relatives, from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
