Faze Three Limited closes securities trading window ahead of quarterly results review

Faze Three Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for directors, promoters, designated persons, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the board meeting to consider the un-audited financial results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2026.
