Coal India will close trading windows for insiders following quarterly results in 2026

Coal India Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and Bombay Stock Exchange Limited that the trading window will be closed for directors, promoters, designated employees, and specified connected persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
